In Crownhill Shoes we aim to provide a fast and efficient service to our customers. We use to ship our products a private logistics courier service. That’s why we use the private logistics companies to ship our products, with a service of shipping.

The delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. If you are not at home when the carrier tries to leave your order, he will leave a notice with instructions to contact you to re-deliver the next day at the best time possible. Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered the following Monday or the next working day.

The delivery is considered completed from the moment in which the carrier makes the product available to the customer for the second time. If within 3 business days after the exit distribution of the order has not been entered into the delivery by the customer's fault, or because the contact details and product delivery are wrong and the order has to be returned to our stores, the customer must take charge of the new shipping.

In the event that for any reason there is a delay in the delivery of orders attributable to Crownhill, we will immediately contact you to inform you and may cancel the order without any cost.

Crownhill Shoes also offers an international shipping service. International orders outside Europe, are not subject to European VAT tax, however taxes related will be charged to the buyer on arrival.

Crownhill Shoes dispatchs all confirmed orders AVAILABLE IN STOCK within the next 3-4 working days, you will receive the tracking number as an email. For international shipments, Crowhnhill Shoes may not be responsible for the delays that might come.

CHANGING THE SIZE OF A PRODUCT

If received the product, the customer wants to apply for exchange for another product of a different size, please write us an email to customerservice@crownhillshoes.com

Crownhill Shoes will bear the costs of transporting of the product of the correct size when the destination countries are Spain or Portugal, for the rest of the countries belonging to the European Community, the client will bear the costs of transporting the shoe to the offices of Crownhill Shoes, Crownhill Shoes will bear the costs of transportation of the product of the correct size. 

When the shipment is made to countries outside the European Community, the customer will bear the costs of return and shipping of the new size.

Please note that the product must be delivered in perfect conditions without any damage. If we receive a product with damage or deterioration that would prevent its sale, we will contact you.

RETURN OF ORDERS

Crownhill Shoes guarantees the return of your order within 14 days of reception date, provided that the product it is in the original condition in which it was delivered.

To proceed with the return of order, please contact us through customerservice@crownhillshoes.com providing the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Bank Account Number

After receiving the email requesting the return of the order, we will contact you to inform you about how to proceed as well as to check the delivery address.

The returns will be possible as long as:

  1. The product is in the same condition it was sent with the corresponding package and boxes.
  2. Add the bill of the products and the delivery note

The return of the product will result in the refund of the product price.

Crownhill Shoes will manage the reimbursement order by the same payment system that the Customer used, within 48 hours upon arrival of the return order to the store.

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

The claim of a defective or damaged product during transport should always be made within 24 hours upon reception date.

The return of the product shall be of an unused product and with its original packaging.

If the product delivered was the wrong product or defective, the customer will also reimbursed the shipping expenses and no management fees will be charged.

Please, bear in mind that our leather is 100% natural, so if the leather has any type of irregularity is due to this fact and is one of the characteristic of a unique product.

Upon receipt of the returned product Crownhill Shoes will examine it and determine if the refund is applicable or not.
